In-House Recruiter

Ascendo Resources is partnering with a rapidly growing national commercial equipment financing organization client on their search for an In-House Recruiter to join its Charlotte team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Source talent through job boards, social networks, and professional communities.
• Partner with hiring managers to build and refine job descriptions.
• Post and promote openings across multiple channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews (phone and onsite), and guide candidates through the hiring process.
• Report on hiring progress and open role status to management.
• Evaluate applicants based on interviews and assessments.
• Update and maintain accurate job descriptions.
• Analyze hiring trends to anticipate future staffing needs.
• Provide interview feedback and answer candidate questions.
• Represent the company at job fairs and recruiting events.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience as an in-house recruiter or similar talent acquisition role.
• Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting.
• Comfortable with various interview formats and assessment methods.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and resume databases.
• Solid knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
