Job Responsibilities:
- Source talent through job boards, social networks, and professional communities.
- Partner with hiring managers to build and refine job descriptions.
- Post and promote openings across multiple channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews (phone and onsite), and guide candidates through the hiring process.
- Report on hiring progress and open role status to management.
- Evaluate applicants based on interviews and assessments.
- Update and maintain accurate job descriptions.
- Analyze hiring trends to anticipate future staffing needs.
- Provide interview feedback and answer candidate questions.
- Represent the company at job fairs and recruiting events.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience as an in-house recruiter or similar talent acquisition role.
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting.
- Comfortable with various interview formats and assessment methods.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and resume databases.
- Solid knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
