We are currently looking for two distinct roles: an Outbound Business Development Representative (Pipeline Builder) and an Account Executive (Deal Closer). Whether you are a rising star in lead generation or a seasoned closer, we have a seat for you.

Core Responsibilities:
- For BDRs: Execute high-volume outbound (40–60 calls/day), book qualified meetings, and master the "multi-touch" cadence.
- For AEs: Own the full sales cycle, run expert discovery calls, manage proposals, and drive deals to close with urgency.
- Navigate contractor workflows and position tech solutions to a traditionally manual industry.
- Log daily activity and maintain a pristine pipeline.

Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $50,000 – $110,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

On-Target Earnings (OTE):
- BDR Level: $65,000 – $100,000 (Includes bonuses for meetings set/qualified).
- AE Level: $140,000 – $250,000 (Includes uncapped commissions and closing bonuses).
