Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, delivers excellent customer service, assists with sales transactions, and ensures a positive shopping experience for every customer.
Duties
- Greets and assists customers at the front counter.
- Handles shipping, receiving, mailbox services, and general inquiries.
- Processes transactions via POS system.
- Maintains cleanliness and organization of the store.
- Handles small business print orders, color & b/w copies
- Manages mail and package intake and sorting for mailbox holders.
- Graphics Designer and Notary would be plus (salary would be higher)
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales environments is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and operating cash registers is beneficial.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both in-person and over the phone.
- Experience in upselling products is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
