Seattle, WA | Plaintiff-Side Employment Litigation
A prominent California employment law firm is expanding into Seattle and opening a new office, creating an exciting opportunity for an experienced plaintiff-side employment attorney to join its growing practice.
This is an opportunity to handle meaningful employment litigation matters, work alongside an experienced team of litigators, and play a key role in the firm’s expansion into the Seattle market—all while enjoying the flexibility of a 100% remote work environment.
What You’ll Do
- Handle plaintiff-side employment matters from inception through resolution.
- Manage Wage & Hour, Class Action, and single-plaintiff employment matters.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents.
- Take and defend depositions.
- Develop litigation strategies alongside experienced trial attorneys.
- Represent employees in complex employment and wage & hour disputes.
- Participate in hearings, negotiations, and other litigation proceedings as needed.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–7 years of plaintiff-side employment litigation experience.
- Experience handling Wage & Hour, Class Action, and/or single-plaintiff employment matters.
- Strong legal writing, advocacy, and motion practice skills.
- Comfortable managing cases and working independently in a remote environment.
- Trial experience is a plus.

Salary and Other Compensation
The annual salary for this position is between $170,000–$225,000. [Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.]
