What They're Looking For
- 3 years of experience handling class action, wage and hour, or PAGA matters (single-plaintiff discrimination or harassment experience alone does not meet this requirement)
- A mix of plaintiff and defense-side experience is welcome - candidates with purely defense backgrounds are less of a fit for this role
- Active bar license in CA, WA, NY, CO, IL, or DC (you may reside outside these states as long as you're licensed in one of them)
- Strong writing, litigation strategy, and case management skills
- Hybrid or fully remote, depending on location
- Compensation up to $250K , depending on experience

Salary : $215,000 - $275,000
