Commercial Real Estate Litigation Associate (3–6 Years)
Location: Cherry Hills, New Jersey | Hybrid
Ascendion is seeking a talented Commercial Litigation Associate with 3–8 years of experience to join our client's nationally respected Business Litigation practice. This is an outstanding opportunity for an attorney looking to join a highly regarded mid-sized law firm of approximately 100 attorneys with more than a century of legal excellence.
If you're seeking strong mentorship while handling sophisticated commercial and business disputes—with a primary emphasis on commercial real estate litigation involving developers, landlords, owners, lenders, and other commercial stakeholders—this could be an excellent next step in your career.
What You'll Work On:
In addition to commercial real estate litigation, you'll have the opportunity to work alongside an accomplished Business Litigation team handling complex commercial disputes across a variety of industries including:
- Antitrust
- Cybersecurity
- Product Liability
- White Collar, etc.
- Alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration
- Trial preparation and courtroom appearances
What We're Looking For
- 3–7 years of litigation experience, with exposure to commercial real estate matters preferred
- Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills
- Experience managing cases from inception through resolution
- Deposition, motion practice, and courtroom experience
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
- Excellent academic credentials
- Active New jersey Bar admission
