Title: Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney
Location: Jacksonville, FL
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle all aspects of plaintiff personal injury litigation from case inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation-related documents.
• Conduct depositions, mediations, hearings, and settlement negotiations.
• Prepare cases for trial and provide strong courtroom advocacy when necessary.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years of litigation experience.
• Strong case management, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $150,000-$250,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications.
