About the Role
The Construction Health and Safety Manager will serve as a field-level representative for health and safety on state-of-the-art hyperscale data center projects, providing oversight and support to General Contractor (GC) teams.

- Ensure Compliance with Microsoft’s Global Construction Safety Requirements
- Conduct Site Observations and Reporting
- Engage in Planning Meetings
- Guide GC Leadership in Safety Practices
- Supportive Leadership for GCs

- Engagement with Multiple Stakeholders
Minimum Qualifications
This role requires a skilled safety professional with experience in construction safety management. The candidate must have a strong understanding of safety protocols and best practices in a construction environment.
Desired Qualifications
Preferred qualifications include certifications in construction safety, experience working on hyperscale data center projects, and a proven track record of fostering a culture of safety excellence.

Salary and Other Compensation: The annual Salary for this position is between [$140,000 – $190,000 annually]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
