Job Title: Family Law Attorney
Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL
Responsibilities:
- Manage a family law caseload involving matters such as divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, and property division.
- Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and other family law documents.
- Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, depositions, and settlement negotiations while providing strategic legal advice throughout the case lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 Experience handling family law matters, including divorce, custody, support, and related domestic relations issues.
- Strong legal research, writing, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy skills with the ability to manage multiple cases effectively.
Salary and Other Compensation:
- The annual salary for this position is between $150,000-$180,000 annually, plus bonus. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
