About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Engagement Leader with deep expertise in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry to lead large-scale IT outsourcing and transformation programs. This role will serve as a CPG domain champion, driving business-aligned technology solutions across the value chain—from manufacturing and supply chain to commercial operations.

The ideal candidate combines strong delivery leadership with industry insight, enabling them to engage effectively with executive stakeholders and deliver measurable business outcomes.

This is a hybrid role, requiring candidates to be within a commutable distance of Green Bay, Wisconsin.

Job Title: Engagement Director

Location: Green Bay, Wisconsin.

Key Responsibilities:

• CPG Domain Leadership: Act as a trusted advisor with deep expertise across CPG value chains, including manufacturing, supply chain, and retail operations.
• Engagement Leadership: Lead large-scale IT outsourcing and transformation programs (100 resources) across multi-tower environments.
• Financial Ownership: Manage P&L and ensure strong commercial governance throughout the engagement lifecycle.
• Executive Stakeholder Management: Partner with C-suite and senior leaders to drive alignment and business value.
• Delivery Oversight: Oversee integrated delivery across Applications, Infrastructure, Data, and AI/GenAI.
• Risk & Governance: Lead risk mitigation, escalation management, and ensure adherence to contracts and SLAs.
• AI/GenAI Enablement: Drive adoption of AI-led solutions for CPG use cases such as supply chain optimization and customer insights.
• Transition Leadership: Manage knowledge transfer and large-scale transitions, ensuring seamless migration and continuity

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Extensive experience leading large-scale IT outsourcing or transformation programs (100 resources)
• Strong background in CPG industry (food & beverage, consumer goods, retail supply chain, etc.)
• Proven P&L ownership and commercial governance experience
• Strong executive presence with experience engaging C-suite stakeholders
• Experience managing multi-tower IT delivery (Applications, Infrastructure, Data, AI/GenAI)
• Expertise in risk management, escalation handling, and crisis leadership
• Strong knowledge of contract management and SLA-based delivery models
• Demonstrated experience in AI/GenAI strategy and implementation in business contexts
• Experience in large-scale transitions and transformation programs

Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $180,000 - $220,000 annually. Factors that may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
