Key Responsibilities:
- Draft written discovery and discovery responses
- Handle law & motion work and oral arguments
- Attend/take depositions and assist with trial preparation
Qualifications:
- 6 months–3 years of litigation experience
- Personal Injury / Consumer Rights backgrounds accepted
- Prior plaintiff experience preferred for defense candidates
- Bilingual Spanish preferred, not required
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $120,000-$150,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications
