Title: Attorney (Workers’ Compensation)
Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)
Responsibilities:
- Handle workers’ compensation matters from inception through resolution.
- Manage case strategy, discovery, depositions, hearings, and settlement negotiations.
- Draft pleadings, motions, legal correspondence, and case evaluations.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of workers’ compensation experience preferred.
- Strong litigation, negotiation, legal research, and writing skills.
- Ability to independently manage a caseload in a fast-paced environment.
Salary and Other Compensation:
- The annual salary for this position is between $110,000-$150,000 annually, plus bonus. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
