- Complete PLACE Launch training and weekly script practice.
- Execute PLACE lead-generation systems and convert prospects into appointments.
- Consult with buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and identify suitable homes.
- Advise sellers on pricing, staging, marketing, and listing services.
- Negotiate offers and contracts for buyers and sellers.
- Manage tasks and activities in PLACE Technology.
- Host open houses weekly
