Responsibilities
- Complete PLACE Launch and weekly training, coaching, Partner Calls, script practice, and team activities.
- Execute PLACE lead-generation systems and convert prospects into appointments.
- Consult with buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and identify suitable properties.
- Advise sellers on pricing, staging, and listing services; secure and market listings.
- Negotiate offers and represent buyers and sellers throughout transactions.
- Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology.
- Host open houses weekly.
