Responsibilities

• Complete the PLACE Launch program to establish a strong foundation in team systems and real estate practices.
• Execute the team’s PLACE lead-generation systems on a consistent weekly basis.
• Consult with prospective buyers, secure signed buyer representation agreements, and identify suitable properties.
• Advise sellers and buyers throughout the transaction process, including negotiating offers on their behalf.
• Maintain accurate records of tasks, activities, and client interactions within PLACE Technology.
• Host Open Houses weekly
• Participate in weekly script practice, team activities, one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls in accordance with team standards.
• Consult with prospective sellers, convert opportunities into listings, and effectively market their properties.
• Demonstrate expertise in pricing strategies, staging recommendations, and other listing-related services.

• Has established real estate sales experience and a track record of closed transactions.
