Responsibilities
- Complete PLACE Launch training and weekly script practice.
- Execute PLACE lead-generation systems and convert prospects into appointments.
- Consult with buyers, secure signed agreements, and identify suitable properties.
- Advise sellers, secure listings, and provide pricing, staging, and marketing expertise.
- Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of buyers and sellers.
- Maintain accurate tasks and activity records in PLACE Technology.
- Host open houses weekly
