Responsibilities
- Complete PLACE Launch training and participate in weekly script practice sessions.
- Use PLACE tools and resources to connect with prospective clients and set appointments.
- Support buyers throughout their home search, including buyer agreements and property selection.
- Build seller relationships, secure listings, and provide guidance on pricing, staging, and marketing.
- Help negotiate offers and keep clients informed throughout the transaction process.
- Keep tasks, follow-ups, and client information organized and up to date in PLACE Technology.
- Host Open Houses weekly

- Holds a current Michigan real estate license.
- Is committed to pursuing real estate as a full-time career.
- Is confident, outgoing, professional, and comfortable meeting new people.
- Has a strong work ethic and takes initiative without needing constant reminders.
- Is coachable and willing to practice, learn, and receive feedback.
- Is comfortable prospecting, making calls, following up, and building relationships.
- Is goal-oriented, competitive, and motivated to achieve meaningful results.
- Understands that success in real estate is earned through consistent action—not simply obtaining a license.
