  • A mission-driven workplace culture committed to trauma-informed care and community health
Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Attend supervisor meetings, staff team meetings, and agency Quality Improvement meetings as scheduled.
  • May be assigned to various organizational committees as needed.
Clinical Oversight and Service Quality
  • Oversee the appropriate provision of clinical services across the Adult CPRC program, ensuring services are delivered in alignment with trauma-informed care principles, DMH standards, and agency policy.
  • Conduct screenings and assessments for potential and current clients.
  • Oversee the development and review of treatment plans in collaboration with the clinical team.
  • Advocate effectively for clients, ensuring their needs, preferences, and goals are reflected in service planning and delivery.
  • May oversee additional programs within the Adult CPRC department as assigned.
Documentation and Compliance
  • Ensure appropriate, timely documentation and recording occurs within required time constraints, including tracking signatures on all documentation per policy.
  • Review and sign off on required documentation in the electronic health record.

  • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage documentation compliance, caseload oversight, and program data simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal skills — approachable, clear communicator who builds trust with staff, clients, families, and community partners.
  • Solid working knowledge of community mental health resources and the Missouri DMH system.
