What are the responsibilities and job description for the RN/LPN position at Mineral Area CPRC?
We are looking for a licensed RN with strong organizational skills that is comfortable working with a variety of clients in a community setting. Must have strong communication skills and teamwork abilities.
Responsibilities
- Complete AIMS assessments, medication profiles, lab reviews, and vitals
- Provide education on medications and promote healthy lifestyle options
- Coordinate care between clients and pharmacy
- Administer injections as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and use computer systems efficiently
Pay: From $22.00 per hour
