We are looking for a licensed RN with strong organizational skills that is comfortable working with a variety of clients in a community setting. Must have strong communication skills and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Complete AIMS assessments, medication profiles, lab reviews, and vitals
  • Provide education on medications and promote healthy lifestyle options
  • Coordinate care between clients and pharmacy
  • Administer injections as needed
  • Maintain accurate documentation and use computer systems efficiently

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
