Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, quality nursing care to our residents
- Complete assessments and monitor resident conditions
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Communicate changes in condition promptly
- Collaborate with CNAs, physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team
- Complete accurate and timely documentation
- Promote resident safety, dignity, and quality of life
- Follow facility policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
