Job Type: Full-time | Exempt
Position Summary:
Arthur Center is looking for a skilled, relationship-driven Community Behavioral Health Liaison II to serve as a key bridge between our behavioral health system and the justice-involved individuals who need access to it most. In this role, you will engage and coordinate care for people who are in contact with law enforcement, jails, and court systems across Audrain, Callaway, Montgomery, Pike, Ralls, and Monroe Counties — triaging needs, connecting clients to resources, building partnerships with law enforcement and judicial partners, and supporting crisis response in the community. This is meaningful, community-based work that sits at the intersection of behavioral health, criminal justice, and public safety. If you are a clinician or human services professional who is energized by community work, skilled at building trust with diverse and difficult-to-reach populations, and ready to make a difference in how central Missouri responds to the mental health needs of justice-involved individuals, we want to hear from you.
The Community Behavioral Health Liaison II position offers...

  • Competitive pay commensurate with experience | Benefits Eligible
  • Comprehensive benefits package including Medical (HSA option), Dental, Vision, Life insurance, and 401(k) with up to 6% company match
  • 9 paid holidays plus generous PTO
