Pay: $28 to $29/hour uncapped commission!

Experience: At least 1 year of experience in staffing or recruiting.

Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m

Job Description

• Interview potential candidates to assess fit and qualifications.
• Maintain accurate records and notes in a customer relationship management system or similar system.
• Perform high-volume outreach aligned with sales and recruitment goals.
• Deliver persuasive pitches and proposals to present services as ideal solutions.
• Manage post-placement tasks and ensure smooth administrative follow-through.
• Communicate professionally with candidates, clients, and internal teams.
• Assess the quality of leads and prospects based on set criteria.
• Qualify candidates to ensure alignment with hiring standards.
• Build trust and maintain strong relationships throughout the recruitment process.
