Position: Rental Car Site Lead

Location: SeaTac, WA

Pay: $24.50–$25/hour

• 2 years of experience in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
• Leadership experience managing team performance and key performance indicators required.

Schedule: Thursday–Monday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

Logic Staffing is seeking a Rental Car Site Lead to join our team!

Job Description

• Oversee daily site operations and ensure team performance across all roles.
• Provide real-time coaching and address performance issues on the spot.
• Communicate updates, challenges, and successes to management.
• Assist with scheduling and staffing coverage needs.
• Support team members by stepping in to maintain the workflow.
• Promote and enforce a safe and professional work environment.
• Monitor team productivity and ensure operational efficiency.
  
  

Position Requirements

• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to stand for 8–10 hours a day.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
