We're Hiring: Legal Counsel for our global client in North Columbus! We're seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to provide strategic legal guidance and commercial support across a dynamic global business.
In this role, you'll:
-Draft, review, and negotiate complex customer, vendor, and corporate agreements
-Advise business stakeholders on legal and commercial risks
-Independently manage a portfolio of legal matters
-Support M&A activities, dispute resolution, and regulatory compliance initiatives
-Partner with Procurement, Contract & Commercial Management, Strategy,
-Regulatory Affairs, and other cross-functional teams
What We're Looking For
-J.D. and active bar admission -3 years of experience in a law firm, corporate legal department, or government setting
-Strong commercial contracting and negotiation experience
-Sound judgment, business acumen, and the ability to work independently
