- 2 years of general office experience is required.
- Customer service or call center experience is preferred.
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- A 2-year college degree or equivalent work experience is required.

Job Description
- Process incoming First Notice of Loss (FNOL) submissions received via email, fax, or postal mail. Enter claim information into the claims management system and upload supporting documents.
- Handle inbound claims-related calls, including new claim intakes and inquiries from insureds, claimants, medical providers, and agents.
- Manage inbound operator calls for FICOH and route them to the appropriate department or associate.
- Monitor the shared Outlook mailbox and route incoming faxes and emails to the correct claims associates.
- Prepare, scan, and validate incoming claims mail and inter-office documents, ensuring quality and accuracy.
- Perform additional administrative or support duties as assigned.
- Ability to type 40 to 45 words per minute.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers, providers, and internal teams.
- Strong customer service orientation with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to maintain a positive work environment.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
- Accurate and efficient data entry skills.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and adapt to change.
