Location: Kent, WA (100% Onsite)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10:30am-7:00pm; training on 1st shift (6:00am-2:30pm) for 6-12 months

What You'll Do
- Review all incoming customer purchase orders for accuracy and required documentation.
- Create internal work orders and build production plans within our Syteline ERP system.
- Develop and maintain operational schedules to support production capacity and customer deadlines.
- Enter international orders into the Trade Compliance OCR system with complete accuracy.
- Communicate directly with internal teams and customers to resolve order or documentation issues.
- Cross-train as a Certification Technician, ensuring all processes and documentation meet aerospace quality requirements.
- Support a culture of teamwork, problem solving, and continuous improvement.

- Experience in aerospace or the surface finishing industry is highly desirable.
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year experience in a production or quality??'related environment
- Strong computer skills; Microsoft Office required
- ERP system experience preferred (Syteline strongly preferred)
- Ability to interpret written purchase orders; blueprint reading a plus
- Strong math, spelling, and proofreading abilities
- Ability to sit for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to read, write and communicate in English - including the ability to read written purchase orders and paperwork.
- Have a regular and dependable attendance record.
- Able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. An export license may be required to work in all areas of the facility.
