Job Description
- Handle all processes in accounts payable (A/P) and accounts receivable (A/R).
- Perform duties related to month, quarter, and year-end reconciliations and account analysis.
- Assist with annual audit schedules for external auditors.
- Reviewing, verifying, and inputting cost allocations to client accounts.
- Coding/scanning daily cash receipts.
- Managing expense report system.
- Responding to inquiries from lawyers and staff.
- Performing special projects.
- Must have strong knowledge of Windows and MS Office (Word, advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
