Position: Bilingual Leasing Agent

Location: Hialeah, FL

Pay: $21 to $22/hour

Experience

• Previous leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, Day Shift (Ability to work weekends as needed)

HH Staffing is seeking a Bilingual Leasing Agent to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description

• Greet and assist prospective residents in person, online, and by phone.
• Conduct property tours and highlight features, amenities, and community benefits.
• Respond to inquiries and follow up on leads promptly.
• Process rental applications, verify information, and coordinate approvals.
• Prepare leases and explain terms and conditions to new residents.
• Maintain accurate records of prospects, traffic, and leasing activity.
• Support marketing and outreach efforts to drive traffic.
• Assist with resident relations and retention initiatives.
• Coordinate with maintenance to ensure units are ready for move-in.
• Stay informed on market trends and competitor pricing.
  
  

Position Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Sales-driven with the ability to close leases.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn property management software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized with attention to detail.
