Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the lead listing agent by managing a busy listing schedule.
- Execute marketing and advertising campaigns, including email and direct mail outreach.
- Maintain both physical and digital presentation materials for properties.
- Respond to emails in a timely, professional manner.
- Conduct prospecting and lead generation activities to create new business opportunities.
- Research the local real estate market to stay informed on trends and opportunities.
- List available vacancies on real estate websites such as LoopNet and Crexi.
- Coordinate property showings and client visits, ensuring all details are managed efficiently.
- Monitor and update property listings across various online platforms to keep them accurate.
- Ensure that all property listing information is current and accurate.
- Manage digital lead generation campaigns across various platforms.
- Promptly respond to inquiries from potential tenants.
- Schedule property viewings and appointments with clients.
- Manage the broker’s calendar and assist with appointment scheduling.
- Handle phone calls and emails professionally and promptly.
- Maintain and update client databases and records.
Additional Duties:

Job-Related Qualification Standards:
- Associate degree or equivalent experience required (bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Physical Demands:
