Position: Marketing Manager

Location: Long Beach, CA (Onsite)

Pay: $100,000 to $130,000 annually

Experience: 7 years of proven experience in a law firm or professional sector to oversee marketing services, with a strong focus on strategy, awareness, relationship building, and lead generation.

Education: Bachelor's degree required; Marketing, Business, or a related field is highly desired.

Type: Full-time; Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm

Kent Daniels & Associates is seeking a Marketing Manager to join our dynamic law firm client!

Job Description

• Collaborate with Practice Group Leaders, attorneys, and the Marketing Director to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the firm's goals and objectives, with a focus on strategy, awareness, relationship building, and lead generation.
• Manage digital and traditional marketing channels, including email marketing, website optimization, social media, print collateral, webinars, and in-person events.
• Ensure marketing materials are aligned with the firm's brand to target existing and potential clients.
• Conceptualize, plan, and execute exceptional marketing programs to enhance brand awareness, build relationships, generate leads, and drive new business.
• Oversee campaign management development and execution of marketing campaigns, monitoring key performance metrics to assess effectiveness in achieving strategic objectives.
• Remain current with industry marketing research trends, competitive landscapes, and client insights to develop marketing strategies and drive greater firm awareness.
• Collaborate with internal departments and multiple practice groups to gather information and drive strategic campaigns.
• Leverage marketing tools and software, including marketing automation platforms and analytics tools, to optimize marketing campaigns and strategies.
• Measure marketing performance with data-driven insights to refine strategies for continuous improvement, with a focus on strategy, awareness, relationship building, and lead generation.
  
  

Position Requirements

• Must be able to translate client needs, coupled with firm capabilities, into marketing programs and campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using marketing analytics tools with demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive results.
• Must be an excellent team player with strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
