  • Prepare, review, and oversee technical deliverables including reports, permit applications, regulatory submittals, and site closure documentation.
  • Manage environmental compliance programs related to air quality, water, industrial and construction stormwater, hazardous and solid waste, underground storage tanks, and spill prevention and response.

  • Develop and implement work plans related to the demolition, removal, and disposal of Aqueous Film-Forming Foam (AFFF) fire protection systems.
  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior staff, fostering professional growth and adherence to environmental standards.
  • Perform QA/QC reviews and implement continuous improvement strategies across projects and teams.
  • Oversee subconsultants and contractors during field activities such as environmental sampling, waste management, and construction oversight.

  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant environmental engineering experience, including at least 5 in a lead or senior role.
  • Strong working knowledge of environmental regulations, standards, and best practices, particularly within aviation or fuel-related environments.
  • Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, and team-building capabilities.
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and prioritization skills.
