Compensation: $150,000 to $200,000 base salary (DOE)

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent with strong Division of the State Architect (DSA) experience to lead day-to-day field operations on school and public facility projects throughout the Inland Empire and nearby regions. This individual will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the company’s high quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead on-site supervision of all field operations, subcontractors, and company personnel.
- Ensure full compliance with DSA requirements, safety programs, and project specifications.
- Coordinate closely with the Project Manager, architects, inspectors, and owners to maintain communication and resolve field issues proactively.
- Oversee daily reports, schedules, and quality control procedures.
- Drive site logistics planning, look-ahead scheduling, and subcontractor coordination meetings.
- Mentor and develop assistant superintendents and field staff.
- Manage inspections, RFI responses, and punch list close-out activities.
- Promote a safe, productive, and positive jobsite culture aligned with company values.
Qualifications
- 8 years of field supervision experience with a general contractor.
- Proven background managing DSA-regulated K-12 or higher education projects from ground-up through close-out.
- Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, scheduling, and building codes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project (or similar platforms).
- OSHA 30 certification preferred.
