We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead commercial projects throughout the greater Southern California Regions. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily field operations and jobsite execution
- Manage and maintain the construction schedule
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and field personnel
- Ensure all work is completed according to plans, specifications, and quality standards
- Lead jobsite safety and maintain OSHA compliance
- Conduct inspections and coordinate with local municipalities
- Manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Lead project meetings and communicate with project stakeholders
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
- Oversee punch list and project closeout processes
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- High School Diploma or GED
- 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction ( Hospitality/Hotel experience a plus)
- Experience working for a general contractor
- Strong knowledge of ground-up construction (preferred)
- Experience with large site work projects (a plus)
- Valid Driver's License
- OSHA 30 Certification
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Procore

Salary : $95,000 - $120,000
