What You'll Do:

• Program and operate an OMAX CNC waterjet cutting system supporting custom precision manufacturing operations.
• Review engineering drawings and job specifications to develop and edit cutting programs using existing OMAX software.
• Select appropriate cutting parameters based on material type and application requirements.
• Load materials, fixture components, operate equipment safely, and inspect completed parts for dimensional accuracy.
• Troubleshoot cutting issues, optimize machine performance, and perform routine preventive maintenance.
• Support production schedules while maintaining high-quality standards and helping expand the company's waterjet manufacturing capabilities.

What You Bring:

• Experience operating or supporting CNC waterjet equipment is preferred, but candidates with strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Basic understanding of GD&T and precision inspection methods.
• Experience using precision measuring equipment including calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and related inspection tools.
• Basic AutoCAD and/or Autodesk Inventor experience is preferred.
• Previous OMAX waterjet, CAD/CAM, fabrication, machining, or custom job shop manufacturing experience is a plus.
