Position Summary
As the Human Resources Manager at Architectural Fabrication, you will be essential in overseeing and enhancing our HR functions. Your demonstrated experience and core competencies will enable you to lead the full cycle Human Resource function effectively by attracting and retaining top talent, promoting company culture, and providing strategic planning and market analysis to align with the organization's goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the HR Team in talent acquisition, benefit management and payroll functions.
- Ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of employment laws and compliance requirements, including EEOC, FMLA, ADA, state pay equity, and leave of absence processes, to ensure alignment with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Advise managers and HR staff on employee relations best practices.
- Provide coaching and performance management support to leaders.
- Investigate and resolve complex employee relations issues.
- Conduct thorough and timely investigations, including interviews and documentation.
- Act as trusted advisor to senior management regarding judgement, communication and support.
- Deliver employee relations training and resources.
- Analyze trends from exit interviews and surveys to improve retention.
- Conduct employee separations as needed.
- Recommend and implement process improvements.
- Provide clear, concise, and professional communication in all interactions and documentation.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align employee relations strategies with business goals.
- Promote company culture and employee engagement.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Five (5) years' experience in HR Management.
- PHR or SHRM-CP Certification preferred.
- Proven experience in effective employee engagement at all levels.
- Knowledge of HRIS systems.
- Strong organizational, communication and technology skills.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required.

Salary : $110,000 - $120,000
