This position sits within an HR Learning & Development (L&D) organization and partners closely with Learning Operations and Facilitation teams. The Coordinator will focus primarily on program operations, event logistics, systems administration, participant communications, and data management.
This is an operations-focused position rather than a learning content development role. The ideal candidate may come from administrative support, event coordination, HR operations, program coordination, or learning operations and enjoys keeping programs organized and running smoothly.

What You’ll Do
- Coordinate and support the delivery of learning programs, sessions, and experiences.
- Manage event and training logistics, including room reservations, catering requests, A/V needs, and room setup.
- Collect, validate, enter, and maintain participant and program information within the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Prepare and execute communications for facilitators and participants.
- Maintain accurate program and operational data in Airtable and other internal systems.
- Monitor and respond to employee requests through a case management system such as ServiceNow.
- Resolve routine administrative issues and appropriately escalate risks or more complex requests.
- Partner closely with Learning Operations and Facilitation team members to ensure programs are executed accurately and consistently.
- Support finance and vendor administration activities, including invoices and new purchase orders.
- Track tasks and deliverables to ensure deadlines and commitments are completed.
- Build trusted and productive relationships with internal stakeholders and partners.
- 2 years of experience in operations, administrative coordination, event planning, HR operations, program coordination, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent follow-through.
- Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple recurring activities and deadlines.
- Strong technology aptitude with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Comfortable working independently while contributing within a highly collaborative team environment.
- Self-starter who can take ownership of day-to-day responsibilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Trustworthy, dependable, collaborative, and team-oriented.
Experience With The Following Is Preferred
- Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Workday Learning
- Airtable
- ServiceNow or another case management/ticketing platform
- Campaign Monitor or similar email communication tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience supporting a Learning & Development or HR organization.
- Experience coordinating employee programs, training sessions, events, or similar experiences.
- Experience working within a collaborative, cross-functional team.
- Familiarity with finance or vendor administration, including invoices and purchase orders.
- Experience working within a large, fast-paced corporate environment.
