What You’ll Do

• Empower and guide Pharmacy Technician Support Staff, fostering their growth and maximizing team strengths in collaboration with the Pharmacy Manager.
• Oversee and manage all facets of pharmacy operations, ensuring paramount patient safety, strict adherence to regulatory requirements, and the highest quality assurance standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, meticulously manage inventory to optimize availability, and contribute strategically to the financial profitability and loss prevention efforts of the pharmacy.
• Optimize workflow management, implementing innovative solutions to ensure seamless and highly effective pharmacy operations.
• Drive superior patient health outcomes through the proactive adoption and expert management of patient care programs.

Required Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship of any kind for the duration of the assignment.
• Must be able to work on a W-2 basis. C2C or 1099 is not permitted for this position.
• Current and valid Pharmacist’s License for the state of practice.
• Ability to work scheduled shifts between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List.
• Ability to attain Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA).
• Valid Driver’s License.
• No pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances.
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree.
• Verifiable High School Diploma or GED Required.
• Acquired knowledge and ability to drive healthy outcomes and contribute to a differentiated patient experience.
• This role requires direct, hands-on patient interaction.
