What You’ll Do
- Greet and assist customers, providing expert product knowledge and personalized recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
- Maintain impeccable visual merchandising standards, refreshing displays to align with seasonal themes and promotions, ensuring the store always looks its best.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including reconciling daily cash and credit card receipts.
- Monitor stock levels diligently, executing restocking procedures and cycle counts, and reporting any discrepancies to management to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally, ensuring every customer leaves satisfied.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with a genuine ability to connect with people.
