Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance to help them find the perfect sneakers.
- Demonstrate product features through engaging demos, highlighting unique designs and technologies.
- Assist with merchandising efforts to ensure displays are attractive, organized, and stocked with the latest styles.
- Upsell complementary products such as socks, accessories, or exclusive releases to enhance customer satisfaction and sales.
- Manage stock levels by stocking shelves, organizing inventory, and conducting regular stock checks.
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette when assisting customers via phone inquiries or follow-ups.
- Support visual merchandising standards to create an inviting shopping environment that reflects current trends.

Qualifications
- Previous retail sales experience, preferably in footwear or fashion retail environments.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers; bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Experience supervising or leading team members is advantageous but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, stocking shelves, and organizing displays.
- Knowledge of customer service best practices within a retail setting, including phone etiquette and upselling techniques.
- Prior experience in grocery stores or similar high-volume retail environments is beneficial but not mandatory.
