Job Summary: The Customer Service & Operations Coordinator supports daily customer service, order processing, and operational activities within a fast-paced, regulated manufacturing environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate order entry, work order management, and compliance documentation, while partnering cross-functionally with operations, quality, and leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Order Management
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and professional support
- Process and manage order entry, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Maintain and update part number (PN) lists and customer records
- Perform end-of-day (EOD) invoices and ensure all transactions are completed accurately
Work Order & Operations Support
- Create, release, and track work orders (WO) in alignment with production schedules
- Assist with posting and maintaining work order activity in internal systems and tracking spreadsheets
- Support work order processing within SAGE or applicable ERP systems
Compliance & Documentation
- Support customer and regulatory compliance documentation, including:
- USMCA
- REACH/RoHS
- NAFTA
- Conflict Minerals
- Prepare and route documentation for internal review and approval prior to submission
- Ensure all records meet internal quality standards and customer requirements
Quoting & Product Support
- In collaboration with General Manager - Coordinate new product quoting requests and route for internal review
- Working under the guidance of the General Manager - update pricing and quotes for established products, ensuring approvals are obtained prior to release
- Conduct research related to customer or product-specific requirements as needed

Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in customer service, order entry, or administrative support in a manufacturing or operations environment preferred
- Experience with ERP systems (SAGE or similar) is a plus
- Familiarity with compliance documentation (USMCA, REACH, RoHS, Conflict Minerals) is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
