*What You'll Do*
* Serve as a primary point of contact for *customer and distributor accounts (B2B)*
* *Support order entry, order tracking, and fulfillment coordination*
* *Troubleshoot and resolve billing and invoicing issues*
* *Communicate with customers primarily via email and occasional phone calls*
* *Collaborate with internal teams across sales, operations, and finance*
* *Track and manage data using tools like SAP, Salesforce, and Excel*
* *Support postsale processes, including returns, shipment issues, and discrepancies*
