Our client is building a modern, digital-first marketing agency focused on helping SaaS and technology companies generate measurable ROI through intelligent demand generation, inbound marketing, automation, content strategy, and scalable lead systems.
We are looking for a highly entrepreneurial marketing leader who understands how to build pipeline, not just generate clicks. This person should combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution across inbound, PPC, content, events, automation, and modern AI-driven marketing workflows.
This role is ideal for someone who has previously helped launch or scale a marketing agency, SaaS business, or digital growth engine and understands how marketing ties directly to revenue outcomes.
What You’ll Own
Demand Generation & Pipeline Growth
- Build and execute multi-channel demand generation strategies focused on qualified pipeline creation
- Develop inbound marketing systems that consistently generate and nurture leads
- Design scalable lead funnels across paid, organic, outbound, and partner channels
- Create attribution models and reporting tied directly to ROI and revenue impact
- Improve conversion rates across the buyer journey
Paid Media & Performance Marketing
- Manage PPC campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, and emerging platforms
- Optimize CAC, CPL, ROAS, and pipeline contribution metrics
- Build retargeting and nurture strategies that move buyers through the funnel
- Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize based on data
Content & Agentic Marketing
- Lead modern AI-enabled content creation strategies using agentic marketing workflows
- Develop high-performing content across blogs, landing pages, email campaigns, thought leadership, SEO, video, and social
- Build scalable content systems leveraging AI tools, automation, and workflow orchestration
- Align content with Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), personas, and buyer intent
Website & Digital Experience
- Launch and manage WordPress websites from strategy through deployment
- Collaborate on UX/UI, messaging, SEO, landing pages, and conversion optimization
- Own site updates, integrations, forms, automation workflows, and lead capture systems
- Understand website architecture, page speed, analytics, and conversion best practices
Events & Brand Growth
- Coordinate digital and in-person marketing events, webinars, executive roundtables, and conferences
- Support brand awareness initiatives that drive engagement and pipeline
- Create event promotion and follow-up nurture strategies
ICP & Go-To-Market Strategy
- Develop and refine Ideal Customer Profiles and buyer personas
- Partner with leadership on positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy
- Understand SaaS sales cycles, buyer behavior, and B2B growth mechanics
What We’re Looking For
Required Experience
- 5 years in Demand Generation, Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Performance Marketing
- Experience marketing SaaS, technology, consulting, or B2B services organizations
- Proven success generating measurable ROI and pipeline growth
- Hands-on experience building inbound lead systems
- Strong PPC and paid acquisition background
- Experience launching and managing WordPress websites
- Strong understanding of SEO, conversion optimization, analytics, and marketing automation
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms
- Strong content creation and campaign execution capabilities
Preferred Experience
- Experience helping launch or scale a marketing agency
- Exposure to AI-driven or agentic marketing systems
- Experience supporting founder-led organizations or startup environments
- Knowledge of HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Clay, Apollo, or similar platforms
- Understanding of SaaS KPIs including CAC, LTV, MQLs, SQLs, pipeline velocity, and attribution
