We’re looking for a Digital Success Manager to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building strong client relationships, delivering exceptional service, and helping businesses succeed through digital marketing. Essential Functions:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned digital clients, developing strong relationships and understanding their marketing goals and business challenges.
- Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by aligning client needs with the right UpSwell digital solutions.
- Lead engaging client presentations that highlight performance, value, and strategy, while addressing questions or concerns.
- Provide ongoing training and support to ensure clients can effectively use our services and tools to meet their marketing goals.
- Monitor overall client satisfaction, conducting regular check-ins, performance reviews, and feedback surveys.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Analytics, Creative) to ensure smooth campaign execution and strong client outcomes.
- Stay informed on digital marketing trends, tools, and the competitive landscape to deliver strategic recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a sales support, account management, or digital marketing role (agency experience a plus).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, performance metrics, and campaign optimization strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients at all levels.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot a plus) and other marketing tools is beneficial.
- Hands-on experience managing or supporting paid search, display, and/or social media campaigns.
