Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Overview
We’re looking for a driven, curious, and results-oriented Sales Development Representative to help fuel our growth engine. This role sits at the front line of our business—responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and engage prospective clients through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to determine fit, timing, and opportunity
- Schedule discovery meetings and hand off qualified opportunities to Account Executives
- Research target accounts and key decision-makers to personalize outreach
- Execute structured outreach campaigns (multi-touch, multi-channel)
- Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data in CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to refine messaging and targeting
- Consistently hit or exceed activity and pipeline generation targets

- Strong pipeline generation and consistent meeting flow
- High conversion rates from outreach → conversation → qualified opportunity
- Clean, organized CRM data and disciplined follow-up

Qualifications
- 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, recruiting, or customer-facing roles
- Strong communication skills—clear, confident, and concise
- High energy, resilience, and a willingness to embrace rejection
- Naturally curious with strong listening and discovery skills
- Highly organized with strong time management
- Experience with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms is a plus
