We are currently expanding and are seeking entrepreneurial highly motivated sales and recruitment professionals to join our growing organization. The successful candidate must understand how to work collaboratively and seamlessly in a team focused environment. The primary responsibilities of the Associate Recruiter will include but not be limited to developing, maintaining, and increasing customer relationships in Atlanta, GA market.
Responsibilities:
- Business development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain client relationships.
- Negotiate terms and secure contracts.
- Source candidates through various channels.
- Manage candidate relationships and provide feedback.
- Match candidates to client vacancies.
- Coordinate interviews and provide feedback.
- Handle administrative tasks related to recruitment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficient in recruitment software and tools.
- Goal-oriented and results-driven.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
- Ability to create your own leads list with provided sales enablement tools and CRM
- Experience in Public Speaking and Presentation
- Knowledge of Sales and Marketing concepts
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access
- Compensation: Salary Bonus

Base Salary Commissions
- 1st Year Target: 52,000-72,000
- 2nd Year Target: 72,000-87,000
- 3rd Year Target: 100K
