What are the responsibilities and job description for the RMA Coordinator / Customer Service Representative position at AppleOne?
We’re seeking a Returns Materials Authorization (RMA) Coordinator / Customer Service Representative to join our client's Sales Operations and Supply Chain team. In this role, you’ll be a key contributor to the success of their return and repair services, supporting both internal teams and external customers.
What You’ll Do:
Process purchase orders and sales orders
Prepare and provide quotations for parts and service repairs
Manage and track RMAs for returns and repairs
Communicate with customers via phone and email to ensure 100% satisfaction
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues and support smooth operations
What We’re Looking For:
Experience working with an ERP system
Hands-on knowledge of RMA processes
Understanding of BOM (Bill of Materials) sales
Strong background in processing quotations and sales orders
Excellent communication and organizational skills
