What You’ll Do:
*Oversee all loan accounting operations, including direct and participation loans
*Approve high-risk financial transactions (ACH, wires, disbursements, etc.)
*Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
*Serve as the go-to expert for resolving complex loan servicing issues
*Coach and develop team supervisors and staff
*Collaborate cross-functionally to improve systems and member experience
*Prepare reports for executive leadership and the Board of Directors
*Drive process improvements and support technology implementation
What You Bring:
*Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
*10–12 years of accounting experience, including loan accounting
*7 years of supervisory experience
*Strong knowledge of GAAP, loan pricing, and reconciliation practices
*Excellent communication and leadership skills
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
