We’re seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team in Bellevue. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced office environment, enjoys supporting others, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly. You’ll be the backbone of our administrative functions—handling everything from scheduling and documentation to communication and coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
Maintain organized filing systems—both digital and physical
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries professionally
Order office supplies and manage inventory
Assist with onboarding new employees and maintaining HR documentation
Support finance team with invoice tracking and expense reporting
Coordinate travel arrangements and event logistics
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Provide general office support and assist with special projects as needed
Qualifications
2 years of administrative or office support experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
High level of professionalism and discretion
Experience with scheduling tools, CRM systems, or project management platforms is a plus
High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
