Position: HR Generalist (Bilingual Spanish) – Payroll Focus (Paycom Preferred)
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented HR Generalist to support our day-to-day Human Resources operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in payroll processing (preferably using Paycom), be bilingual in Spanish and English, and bring a well-rounded understanding of HR practices.
Key Responsibilities: Process accurate and timely payroll, including timekeeping, deductions, and adjustments.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with employment laws.
Support benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries.
Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
Address employee relations matters with professionalism and care.
Track HR metrics such as attendance, turnover, and training.
Support training and development initiatives.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
2–4 years of HR experience, ideally in a generalist role.
Payroll experience required; Paycom experience strongly preferred.
Bilingual in Spanish and English required.
Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment law.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
