Legal Secretary / Paralegal – Real Estate Focus

What You’ll Be Doing
-Draft, edit, and review a variety of legal documents including contracts, agreements, and professional correspondence
-Support real estate-related legal processes, including document preparation and transaction coordination
-Ensure compliance with applicable state regulations across multiple locations
-Assist with business licensing requirements and maintain up-to-date records
-Review deeds and supporting documentation prior to recording
-Assist with contract oversight, including service agreements and related documentation
-Organize and maintain legal files within document management systems for accuracy and accessibility
-Provide general administrative support including data entry, file maintenance, and office coordination
What We’re Looking For
-Prior experience in a legal support role (paralegal or legal administrative background preferred)
-Familiarity with real estate or construction-related documentation is a strong plus
-Strong understanding of legal documentation, formatting, and review processes
-Excellent written communication skills with a high attention to detail
-Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
-Comfortable working with document management systems and standard office software
-Professional communication skills and strong organizational abilities
